Voluprint / Ville d'Auxerre

Between fear and fascination, the wolf has been attracting the eyes of humans for millennia. To evoke this animal with a thousand facets, the Auxerre Museum takes over and adapts a temporary exhibition created in 2021 by the Fabrique des Savoirs d'Elbeuf. In a setting created by the Auxerre team, come and learn more about the wolf thanks to naturalised specimens, skulls, casts but also archival documents, old or recent books, illustrations… The exhibition also asks us about our vision of the wolf and about the myths, legends and social representations at stake.
