In 2017, the Pays de l'Auxois Morvan offered residents a photo contest as part of its label Pays d'art et d'histoire. The aim was for everyone to be able to show their view of the local heritage. 96 people participated and 44 of their photographs (out of 170) were selected by a jury composed of professionals in tourism, heritage and photography.
