On the occasion of the current restoration work, Chateau de Châteauneuf offers guided tours allowing visitors to discover the restoration projects underway and to better understand the constraints and ambitions of the restoration of medieval built heritage in the 21st century.

The castle of Châteauneuf is an old castle dating from the 19th century located on the territory of the municipality of Châteauneuf, in the French department of the Côte-d'Or. It is a fortress typical of the Burgundian military architecture of the 15th century, which keeps the southern end of the Auxois. The fortress is 75 m long and 35 m wide, and is built on a rocky spur located at 475 meters above sea level. It dominates the valley of the Burgundy Canal and is located 43 km from Dijon, near Pouilly-en-Auxois and the A6 motorway.
