This recital alternates pieces for piano, sacred vocal works, profane cantatas and excerpts from operas, all of which reflect the influence on the life of the musicians of the time, of this immortal figure, of these events having changed the face of the modern world. It will be illustrated by texts, coming, in particular, from the Departmental Archives of the Côte-d'Or and concerning significant events of the life of Napoleon, the Empire or musical works.
