Back in the Middle Ages, discover the amazing history of the beautiful medieval city of Billy and its 12th century fortress by roaming the places freely. This walk will be an opportunity to learn more about the daily life of the former occupants of this beautiful building and the importance of the city in the Middle Ages. Children can also try their hand at the soldier function through various games in the courtyard of the fortress. In addition, the Tourist Office of Billy also offers families to discover the history of the village in a playful way through its children’s booklet "The mystery of the lost flame" and its investigation game "The fortress of sorcerers".

Billy's military fortress, built at the end of the XIIth century and at the beginning of the XIIIth century, was an element of the heritage of Bourbons during several centuries.
