A few kilometres from La Roche is the Châtelet mill. Every year at the end of winter, passionate volunteers spin their paddle wheel with water from a pond to produce walnut oil for individuals. Presentation of oil and grain mills, start of the sawmill for demonstrations and sale of pressed walnut oil for the occasion.
