The castle was the possession of only one family, the Naucaze. He was born with the latter and died with her. Built quickly during the thirteenth century, to protect itself from many disturbances, it has a tower of the twelfth century which is the oldest architectural element.

At the place called the "Moulin d'Anès" 600 meters from Rouziers and 6.5 km from Quézac take the D133, direction Latronquière - Parlan. At 1,9 km on the right the site of Naucaze at the edge of the road.
