Maison Albert Londres

With its two turrets and its neo-Gothic style, the residence does not go unnoticed in a city whose architecture is already rich. This house, built in the 1830s, saw the birth of Albert London in 1884\. Despite its architectural and historical interest, the building threatened to disappear. It had been abandoned for about 30 years when the association acquired it in 2014\. Restoration work begins in 2017\. In 2021, it opens, in part, for the first time to the public. It presents exhibitions, conferences, screenings and readings. Floor restoration is underway.
