The Albi Carnival has been an institution for many years but it is also the work of the whole year for a team of thirty volunteers gathered in a 1901 law association.
From the manufacture of the tanks to the parades proper, the Carnival Committee assumes and demands its choices, its organization, its management. Each member of the committee brings his or her imagination and volunteerism to the service of public entertainment, on the one hand for parades, and on the other hand for the surrounding events.
