"Making History" workshops at Espace Delacroix de Saint-Maurice
1. Oral Archive: The Discovery of the Interview
Alone or together, complete a questionnaire while being recorded. The goal? Create an oral archive and put yourself in the position of witnesses of history.
2. Will you be able to recognize your city?
The archives department challenges you to find the current location of old postcards dating back to the end of the 19th century.
3. The Archive Treasure
Come discover the treasure of the archives, on the menu: one of the first devices to broadcast films at home, a typewriter and other precious objects.
4. It is up to you to make history!
With iconographic documents at your disposal, you will display the archives of your choice to tell your story. **
5. Confined Confinement**
We have all been impacted by the COVID-19 outbreak and the long months of lockdown. So that future generations can have a look at our different states of mind, you can write on a sheet one or words to express your feelings about this period.
6. Jean Graves Exhibition
Last September, we proposed a virtual exhibition dedicated to the Mauritian artist Jean Graves. This year, you will be able to come and observe some of his life-size works.
