Accompanied by a guide, you will understand the history of the church and its exceptional cycle of stained glass windows that retraces in image the epic of Joan of Arc.

This church, the first parish to be named after Joan of Arc shortly after her beatification (1909) and before her canonization (1920), contains the world’s largest collection of Johannine stained glass windows.
Of the 28 stained glass windows of the church, 26 relate with a great pedagogical sense the epic of the Maid of Domremy until her beatification.
This cycle includes unique scenes, without equivalent in Johannine iconography. He strikes by his shimmering colors, the quality of his drawing and his inscription in the artistic current of the Ecole de Nancy, both in terms of floral decors and techniques used.

Built in 1910 in honour of the future saint, the church was designed by Parisian architect Jules Criqui, and by masonry contractor Henri Masson. Reinforced cement is used for framing and vaulting. The style is that of the 15th century castles. Covered with a broken barrel vault with glasses, the ship is illuminated by 28 glass windows from the Janin and Benoît de Nancy workshops. Conceived in 1912, the program lasted until 1947.
