This pigeon house of the XVIIth century is the only element of the convent of the Benedictines. His(Her,Its) shape is circular and his(her,its) walls gone(taken) up in calcareous stones. He(It) arranges 808 boulins. Property of the municipality, he(it) was restored in 2015\. The quality of works was worth it the departmental trophy of the Ribbons(Tapes) of Heritage and price(prize) of honour of the Company(Society) for the Protection of Landscapes and of The Aesthetics of France. The old(former) region Poitou-Charentes, the State and the Department financed this restoration(catering) at the level of 70 %. The municipality did accesses(neighborhoods) up by making participate the pupils of state schools, in partnership to Promise Hedges(Hurdles). This heritage is a part of an organised trip between the Mill the Abbot and the Orangery.
