"La Vida es una Milonga"

In a Buenos Aires rarely filmed in the cinema, the film follows the activities of Oscar Héctor who for more than 50 years organizes milongas (tango balls) in the city. At the request of the director of the film, with a group of colleagues, Oscar Héctor will lead the organization of a special milonga, revealing every step of his direction and the particular world he created around him.
