The domain is located on a tray(plateau), between the Mount Pelée and the J.M distillery farm of which it is.
The old(former) industrial buildings(ships) made the object of a restoration(catering) and his(her,its) house, rebuilt in a modernist architecture in the thirties, was rehabilitated in 2016.
