Installed in 1895 in a former aristocratic country residence of the eighteenth century designed by the architect Etienne-Louis Boullée, the City Hall was redeveloped in 1994\. It features a reconstructed 18th-century salon, painted and sculpted sets from the 19th and 20th centuries, and a multimedia room. Created for the staircase of honor, the marouflée canvas "La Vie" (Victor Prouvé, 1897) was classified as a Historical Monument on October 10, 2002.
