Free visit
Visit free of the parish church Saint-Médard with welcome(reception) by the parishioner Roger Palot.
15 and 16 September 2018Passed
Inhabitant of the market town, Roger welcomes you in this church which was from 1113 an ownership of the priory of Catus. The partly kept(preserved), Romance church, is transformed by 1500, in particular by the addition of a western portal(gate). Extended in 1854, she is then reorientated the North-South, what explains that the current bell tower rests(bases) on the old(former) Romanic bedhead.
