13 h 30: Welcome(Reception) of the public under the hall(market). Exhibition(Exposure) of photographies by the Association "Country Saint-Lysien, Country of Europe, Country of the World(Monde)": discovery of the twinning of Saint lily with the city of Maceira (Portugal). Animation with the percussions of "Bombo Folie".
14 h 30: Departure of the guided tour, with unveiling of explicative plates(patches) on several buildings.
16 h 30: Arrived at the windmill and visit of the monument with' "Association for the Protection(Saving) of the Mill of Saint lily".

Hall(Market) built from 1844 till 1846 by the architect Edmund Chambert. Neoclassical building of oval shape, opened by twenty arcades in round arch, both bows(arcs) in the centre of lengthes training(forming) the main axis of composition, arranged in foreparts with triangular front wall(pediment) on interrupted base(basis). Experimental use of metallic elements in the skeleton.
