The bridge(deck) Henry IV was established in 1610 after practically 50 years of building work, partly led by Charles Androuet du Cerceau. His(Her,Its) defensive door was partly demolished(destroyed) in the 19th century, tours(towers,ballots) are vestiges. The Tower the North kept(preserved) its very beautiful skeleton of time(period).
