Old(Former) palace of the counts of Poitou, dukes of Aquitaine, the room of the lost steps was the official room of the comtal palace or aula. Of Gothic, from Anjou, said style still plantagenêt, she(it) was built in the XIIth century by Alienor d' Aquitaine. The duke Jean Ier of Berry does in 1400s works of embellishment thanks to the triple fireplace with, in bottom, three windows.
