Remarkable rural building for its exceptional dimensions(size) and its skeleton which marks transition between the medieval assembly techniques and those of Renaissance the XVth and XVIIth centuries. He(It) seems that the first barn (less large that the current) belongs to the bishops of Bordeaux, who would have rented it to the Lord, possessing the castle of Lanquais. Maybe after a fire, she(it) would have been rebuilt by doubling her(its) dimensions(size), such as they are observable today.
