Abbaye de l'Étoile

Based(Established) towards 1117 in a solitary dale of the vicinity of Archigny by the hermit Isembaud, the abbey of the Star integrates with the Cistercian Order. It will beam up to the environment(middle) of the XVIIIth century thanks to men(people) as Isaac de l' Étoile. Having served as refuge to the Acadians, she(it) will serve as farm after Revolution. A garden of the Simple, reconstructed in the cloister, allows to bare some medieval secrets around plants.
