The oven with bread of the museum was renovated in spring on 2018. After a time(weather) of necessary drying, it was progressively put back(progressively handed) in stoking(fire chamber) to deliver finally its first cookings!
In farms, he was usual to cook fruits of the orchard at the end of cooking: when heritage meets gastronomy!
