After scientific studies and a passage by the militant cinema, Jean-Benoît Zimmermann led and continues to develop a route(course) of photographic exploration, in a parallel to(at the same time as) researcher's career(quarry).
By moving closer, rather than by differentiating, he(it) shows a humanity indivisible but rich in his(its) diversity. Beyond borders, cultures, disparities and injustice, nothing distinguishes these women, these men(people) or these children, individuals provided with their own history(story), with their own desires, aspirations, fears, fears, projects; people simply.
