The Garden Vauban of Lille, conservation area, is a park of more than three hectares done up during the enlargement of the City under the second Empire. At the heart of this one amounts the Chalet to Goats(Tackles) built in 1879 further to a gift(donation) made in the City of Lille by the agronomist Charles Augustus Rameau to preserve its goats(tackles) Tibetans and their derivations. Last goats(tackles) disappeared in 1953\. Restored from 1989, it shelters the Puppet theatre " Le P' tit Jacques ", the emblematic place of culture of Lille become a real institution, managed for 26 years by the association MARÉMA 59.62.
