Tour(Ballot)-Hall of the old(former) abbey, high church of 82m, offers an exuberant architecture of maniériste style. Listed(Classified) historical monument, it shelters the museum.
At the ground floor, under a vault of sculpted stone, temporary exhibition(exposure) "Reports of abbeys" invites you to admire the artistic treasures of the abbeys of the Door of Hainaut.
Visit continues on the 1st floor with paintings(paints) and sculptures of religious art of the 17th and 18th centuries. In the side rooms, earthenwares of the 18th in the 20th century show the diversity of amandinoise production and know-how of the workers of time(period).
Board games on the earthenware (7 families, memory, jigsaw puzzles) are available to share a convivial moment within the museum.
