In a parallel to(At the same time as) his(her) activities of painter and of illustrator, André François exercised all his(her) life, for French, British, Italian or American agencies, the job(business) by «painter of posters». The Centre André François dedicates a retrospective to this advertising work across a route(course) of more than 70 works, realised on about seven decades, of the environment(middle) of the thirties up to the turning point(bend) of the XXIth century.
