Based(Established) in the XIIth century for canons of the Mount Saint - Odile, the convent is devastated in XVTH - XVITH centuries by wars and fires. He(It) becomes the property of the family of Landsberg (XVIITH - XVIIITH). Acquired in 1800 by the family of Turckheim, property and ruins are included into an English-style park and inspire the draftsmen of the beginning of the XIXth century.
