On the occasion of European Heritage Days, the bmi suggests you discovering or rediscovering the room of woodworks. This furniture of the XVIIIth century resulting(coming) from the abbey of Moyenmoutier and confiscated from French Revolution, was installed(settled) in 1825 in the first public library(bookcase) of Épinal, and always accompanied the library(bookcase) in its movings up to their arrival to the bmi in 2009.
