This museum puts in honour Jules Bastien-Lepage, painter portrait painter and realist of the XIXth century s., born in Damvillers not far from Montmédy. Among presented works: some drawings of his(her,its) beginnings, then a series of paintings(paints) illustrating portraits or stages(scenes) of country life.
