Apothicairerie de l'Hôtel-Dieu
344 rue des Épinoches 71000 Mâcon

The apothicairerie located at the ground floor of the Hôtel-Dieu, presents a rich collection of jars of pharmacy from which some result(come) probably from the pottery Rey, established in Mâcon in the XVIIIth century. It is a magnificent and neglected space decorated with woodworks of the XVIIIth century, that is owed to the famous architect Soufflot (and to his pupil). He miraculously reached us undamaged.
