In modern Western culture, the dessert is the last dish(flat) served in the course of meal and it gives a good place to the sweet food. Exhibition(Exposure) 2018, "sweet Histories, fruits, desserts and softness" made a wink(allusion) favoured to the jam, to its history(story) and to its jars, to the sugar and to its elegant packagings, to the honey, to the fruits and cake stores(pastries), can be tastier still if they are presented in objects to forms and well-manicured decorations. A festival for senses(directions).
