About the location

Campus Universitaire des Comtes de Champagne
6, rue de la petite Courtine 10000 Troyes
  • Aube
  • Grand Est
Located just a step away from the cathedral, at the heart of the city, the campus of the Counts of champagne(Champagne) is an architectural ensemble compound(made up) of four distinct buildings(ships), arranged around a place(square) and around a decorative pond. Realised by «Integral Lipsky and Rollet Architectes» and piloted by Big(Great) Troy (current Troy champagne Métropole), which is the master of it of work, it was inaugurated in 2008 and answers, since then, the needs for the students: 47 student housing was built as well as an university restaurant, a sports complex and a parking lot on two levels. The offices(desks) of CROUS and the services(departments) of Student Life, as well as premises(places) of Radio Campus and diverse associations were also installed(settled) in the buildings(ships) of the campus. Granting a wide place(square) to the water, to the green areas and to the wood, this space fits completely to the medieval and architectural character of the historic centre, in a more contemporary review(proofreading).
