The City of Brackens included a research project and a cross-border development, called VISTA AR, which aims at creating new digital tools of virtual Reality and of increased Reality by analysing experience(experiment) visitor and the economic markets offered by digital technologies.
The castle of Brackens was held(retained) because it is a part of first tourist equipments of the department and developed a know-how recognised in terms of pedagogic mediation and of promotion(valuation) of its historical heritage.
This project will take place over 4 years (2017/2021). The European Days on 2017 are therefore the ideal moment to make a demonstration of the first works of digitization of the military fortress realised by EESAB as part of project VISTA AR.
