Vom Schloss von Claix sind nur noch wenige Mauerteile übrig, die mit einer Schaukelschaufel überragt sind. Anlässlich von Notarbeiten, die vom Eigentümer durchgeführt wurden, nutzten Archäologen des Service du patrimoine culturel du Département de l'Isère das Vorhandensein von Gerüsten, um diese Überreste aus der Nähe zu beobachten. Die Ergebnisse dieser Studie, die im Rahmen des kollektiven Forschungsprogramms "Die Alpen befestigen" durchgeführt wurde, ermöglichen es, eine Rekonstruktion des imposanten Gebäudes vorzuschlagen, das im Mittelalter den Ort Claix dominierte. Sie werden auf der Stätte von den Archäologen Violaine Héritier-Salama und Anouk Clavier präsentiert.

Of the château de Claix, only a few sections of wall topped by a watch tower remain. During emergency work carried out by the owner, archaeologists from the Cultural Heritage Service of the Department of Isère took advantage of the presence of scaffolding to closely observe these remains. The results of this study, conducted as part of the collective research program "Fortifier les Alpes", allow us to propose a restitution of the imposing building that dominated the town of Claix in the Middle Ages. They will be presented on the site by archaeologists, Violaine Héritier-Salama and Anouk Clavier.

Dal castello di Claix, restano solo alcuni pezzi di muro sormontati da una scuderia. In occasione di lavori d'emergenza realizzati dal proprietario, alcuni archeologi del Servizio del patrimonio culturale del Dipartimento dell'Isère hanno approfittato della presenza di ponteggi per osservare da vicino questi reperti. I risultati di questo studio, condotto nell'ambito del programma collettivo di ricerca "Fortificare le Alpi", permettono di proporre una ricostruzione dell'imponente edificio che dominava il borgo di Claix nel Medioevo. Saranno presentati sul sito dagli archeologi, Violaine Héritier-Salama e Anouk Clavier.

À l’occasion de travaux d’urgence réalisés par le propriétaire, des archéologues du Service du patrimoine culturel du Département de l’Isère ont profité de la présence d’échafaudages pour observer de près ces vestiges. Les résultats de cette étude, menée dans le cadre du programme collectif de recherche « Fortifier les Alpes », permettent de proposer une restitution de l’imposant édifice qui dominait le bourg de Claix au Moyen Âge. Ils seront présentés sur le site par les archéologues, Violaine Héritier-Salama et Anouk Clavier.

Del castillo de Claix, sólo quedan unos pocos trozos de muro coronados por una escuadra. Con motivo de los trabajos de emergencia realizados por el propietario, arqueólogos del Servicio del Patrimonio Cultural del Departamento de Isère aprovecharon la presencia de andamios para observar de cerca estos vestigios. Los resultados de este estudio, realizado en el marco del programa colectivo de investigación "Fortificar los Alpes", permiten proponer una restitución del imponente edificio que dominaba el burgo de Claix en la Edad Media. Serán presentados en el sitio por los arqueólogos, Violaine Héritier-Salama y Anouk Clavier.
