Die Standorte des Chatelier [Hôtel du Laurier Rose, Salle polyvalente] und des Prieurés wurden von Émile Bernard zwischen 1984 und 1991 ausgegraben. Im Rahmen des kollektiven Forschungsprojekts über den antiken Ballungsraum von Langon (Vendée) wurden die archäologischen Daten, die Émile Bernard erworben hatte, überprüft. Die Wiederaufnahme dieser wissenschaftlichen Informationen wirft ein neues Licht auf zwei bedeutende Orte der antiken Agglomeration von Langon, die sich an der Kreuzung zweier Verkehrswege befinden.

Diese Konferenz ist Teil der Wiederherstellung des kollektiven Forschungsprojekts über die antike Agglomeration, das 2023 unter der gemeinsamen Leitung von Aurélien Hamel (Departementalrat der Vendée) und Jérôme Pascal (INRAP) mit Unterstützung der Stadtverwaltung von Langon gestartet wurde.

The sites of Chatelier [Hôtel du Laurier Rose, Salle polyvalente] and Prieuré were excavated by Émile Bernard between 1984 and 1991. Within the framework of the Collective Research Project on the ancient agglomeration of Langon (Vendée), the archaeological data acquired by Émile Bernard were re-examined. The resumption of this scientific information sheds new light on two major sites in the ancient agglomeration of Langon, located at the crossroads of two traffic lanes.

This conference is part of the restitution of the collective research project on the ancient agglomeration, launched in 2023, under the co-direction of Aurélien Hamel (Vendée Departmental Council) and Jérôme Pascal (Inrap), with the support of the Langon town hall.

Nell'ambito del progetto collettivo di ricerca sull'agglomerato antico del Langon (Vandea), i dati archeologici acquisiti da Émile Bernard sono stati riesaminati. La ripresa di queste informazioni scientifiche porta una nuova luce su due importanti siti dell'agglomerato antico del Langon, situati all'incrocio di due vie di circolazione.

Les sites du Chatelier [Hôtel du Laurier Rose, Salle polyvalente] et du Prieuré ont été fouillés par Émile Bernard entre 1984 et 1991. Dans le cadre du Projet Collectif de Recherche sur l’agglomération antique du Langon (Vendée), les données archéologiques acquises par Émile Bernard ont été réexaminées. La reprise de ces informations scientifiques apporte un nouvel éclairage sur deux sites majeurs de l’agglomération antique du Langon, situés au carrefour de deux voies de circulation.

En el marco del proyecto colectivo de investigación sobre la aglomeración antigua del Langon (Vendée), los datos arqueológicos adquiridos por Émile Bernard han sido reexaminados. La recogida de estas informaciones científicas aporta un nuevo esclarecimiento sobre dos sitios importantes de la antigua aglomeración del Langon, situados en el cruce de dos vías de circulación.
