Companies wish to commit to the inclusion of people with disabilities, but often have structuring methods and tools to anchor this approach in their operations. Through this workshop, we invite you to design operational solutions and concrete processes to transform internal practices and integrate handi-engagement at the heart of organizations.
This cycle of workshops is based on a collective intelligence approach inspired by the results of the Grhandir 4 Hackathon. The 102 courses of action that emerged from it constitute the basis for work. Through three progressive sessions, you will build concrete and actionable solutions to advance handi-engagement.
Who is concerned?
Grhandir works through a collaborative approach between diverse actors! The collective’s richness lies in the intersection of perspectives and realities: deliverables are produced by everyone and for everyone. Everyone is co-responsible for the project and can get involved to the best of their abilities. Thus, to ensure the quality of exchanges our workshops are open to everyone: people with disabilities, the business world, the medico-social world, associations, committed citizens...

Les entreprises souhaitent s’engager pour l’inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap, mais maquent souvent de méthodes et d’outils structurant pour ancrer durablement cette démarche dans leur fonctionnement. À travers cet atelier, nous vous invitons à concevoir des solutions opérationnelles et des processus concrets pour transformer les pratiques internes et intégrer l’handi-engagement au cœur des organisations.
Ce cycle d’atelier s’appuie sur une démarche d’intelligence collective inspirée des résultats du Hackathon Grhandir 4. Les 102 pistes d’action qui y ont émergé constituent le socle de travail. À travers trois sessions progressives, vous construirez des solutions concrètes et actionnables pour faire avancer l’handi-engagement.
Qui est concerné ?
Grhandir œuvre à travers une démarche de collaboration entre acteurs divers ! La richesse du collectif réside dans le croisement des regards et des réalités : les livrables sont produits par tous et pour tous. Chacun est coresponsable du projet et peut s’impliquer à hauteur de ses possibilités. Ainsi, pour assurer la qualité des échanges nos ateliers sont ouverts à tous : personnes en situation de handicap, monde de l’entreprise, du médico-social, associatif, citoyens engagés…

Bedrijven willen zich inzetten voor de integratie van mensen met een handicap, maar gebruiken vaak structurerende methoden en instrumenten om deze aanpak in hun activiteiten te verankeren. Tijdens deze workshop nodigen we u uit om operationele oplossingen en concrete processen te ontwerpen om interne praktijken te transformeren en handi-engagement te integreren in het hart van organisaties.
Deze workshop cyclus is gebaseerd op een collectieve intelligentie aanpak geïnspireerd op de resultaten van de Hackathon Grhandir 4. De 102 actielijnen die daar naar voren zijn gekomen, vormen de basis van de werkzaamheden. Door middel van drie progressieve sessies bouwt u concrete en bruikbare oplossingen om de handi-engagement te bevorderen.
Voor wie is dit het geval?
Grhandir werkt door middel van een gezamenlijke aanpak tussen verschillende acteurs! De rijkdom van het collectief ligt in het snijpunt van uiterlijk en realiteit: Deliverables worden door iedereen en voor iedereen geproduceerd. Iedereen is medeverantwoordelijk voor het project en kan er zoveel mogelijk bij betrokken raken. Om de kwaliteit van de uitwisselingen te waarborgen staan onze workshops dus open voor iedereen: Mensen met een handicap, het bedrijfsleven, medisch-sociale, associatieve, geëngageerde burgers…
