Das Gebäude auf dem Boulevard des Minimes 3 ist ein Wahrzeichen des Viertels Marengo-Bonnefoy in Toulouse. Es stammt aus dem Jahr 1958 und ist repräsentativ für einen Teil der städtischen, sozialen und architektonischen Geschichte der zweiten Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts.
Heute werden große Renovierungsarbeiten an der Fassade durchgeführt, um die Existenz des Gebäudes aufgrund von Wartungsmängeln zu sichern. Sie sollen mehr als zweieinhalb Jahre dauern. Den Bewohnern war es wichtig, die Geschichte ihres Wohnortes während dieser langen Arbeiten zu beleuchten.
Zwei Künstler, eine Künstlerin und eine Fotografin, folgen diesem Aufruf und verfolgen «Die Erinnerung an einen Turm».
Die Ausstellung, die in einer noch nicht genutzten Wohnung des Gebäudes gezeigt wird, umfasst Fotografien von Marie-Stéphane Salgas von der Rehabilitationsbaustelle und einen Dokumentarfilm mit einer Dauer von etwa zwanzig Minuten über die Bewohner, unter der regie von Marilina Prigent.

Discover an exhibition of photographs and the projection of a film on memory, anchoring in the neighborhood and the renovation work of this building of the 60s.
The 3 boulevard des Minimes building is emblematic of the Marengo-Bonnefoy district in Toulouse. Dating from 1958, it is representative of part of the urban, social and architectural history of the second half of the 20th century.
Today, major renovation of the facade is underway to perpetuate the existence of the building, following maintenance defects. They are expected to last more than two and a half years. The inhabitants were keen to highlight the history of their place of life during these long works.
Two artists, a visual artist and a photographer, respond to this call by retracing «The memory of a tower».
The exhibition, presented in a currently unoccupied apartment in the building, includes photographs taken by Marie-Stéphane Salgas on the rehabilitation site and a documentary film lasting about twenty minutes on the inhabitants, directed by Marilina Prigent.

L'edificio del 3 boulevard des Minimes è emblematico del quartiere Marengo-Bonnefoy a Tolosa. Risalente al 1958, rappresenta parte della storia urbana, sociale e architettonica della seconda metà del XX secolo.
Oggi sono in corso grandi lavori di ristrutturazione della facciata per perpetuare l'esistenza dell'edificio, a causa di difetti di manutenzione. Sono previsti per durare più di due anni e mezzo. Gli abitanti hanno voluto mettere in luce la storia del loro luogo di vita durante questi lunghi lavori.
Due artisti, un'artista e una fotografa, rispondono a questa chiamata ripercorrendo «La memoria di una torre».
La mostra, presentata in un appartamento attualmente non occupato dell'edificio, riunisce fotografie realizzate da Marie-Stéphane Salgas sul cantiere di riabilitazione e un film documentario della durata di una ventina di minuti sugli abitanti, diretto da Marilina Prigent.

L'immeuble du 3 boulevard des Minimes est emblématique du quartier Marengo-Bonnefoy à Toulouse. Datant de 1958, il est représentatif d’une partie de l’histoire urbaine, sociale et architecturale de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle.
Aujourd'hui, de grands travaux de rénovation de la façade sont en cours pour pérenniser l'existence de l'immeuble, suite à des défauts d'entretien. Ils sont prévus pour durer plus de deux ans et demi. Les habitants ont eu à cœur de mettre en lumière l'histoire de leur lieu de vie pendant ces longs travaux.
Deux artistes, une plasticienne et une photographe, répondent à cet appel en retraçant « La mémoire d'une tour ».
L'exposition, présentée dans un appartement actuellement non occupé de l'immeuble, regroupe des photographies réalisées par Marie-Stéphane Salgas sur le chantier de réhabilitation et un film documentaire d'une durée d'une vingtaine de minutes sur les habitants, réalisé par Marilina Prigent.

El edificio del 3 boulevard des Minimes es emblemático del barrio Marengo-Bonnefoy de Toulouse. Data de 1958 y representa parte de la historia urbana, social y arquitectónica de la segunda mitad del siglo XX.
Hoy en día, se están realizando grandes obras de renovación de la fachada para perpetuar la existencia del edificio, debido a defectos de mantenimiento. Están previstos para durar más de dos años y medio. Los habitantes se esforzaron por poner de relieve la historia de su lugar de vida durante estos largos trabajos.
Dos artistas, una plástica y una fotógrafa, responden a esta llamada describiendo «La memoria de una torre».
La exposición, presentada en un apartamento actualmente no ocupado del edificio, reagrupa las fotografías realizadas por Marie-Stéphane Salgas en la obra de rehabilitación y un documental de una duración de unos veinte minutos sobre los habitantes, dirigida por Marilina Prigent.
