Chants du Léman Choir
For one hour at the Espace Léman, Circé Luginbühl, will be leading a choral workshop inspired by Lake Geneva, which will take place monthly until 17 December at the Espace Léman in Geneva.

On the programme:
warming up the body and voice through movement and vocal exercises, guided circle songs to develop the ability to sing in harmony with several voices,
listening to and learning songs linked to Lake Geneva to discover the musical beauty of the region. Starting in unison, then adding a second and third voice where appropriate.
Basic vocal technique: fundamental principles – breathing and support, volume and posture – essential for producing a high-quality sound whilst staying in tune with your body’s sensations, ensuring a healthy voice that sings with pleasure and endurance
Finally, interpretation focusing on the lyrics, the message, the rhythm and the music of the song
Prerequisites: none, other than a desire to sing and a thirst for learning. No need to read music; learning by ear.
Open to everyone aged 16 and over. You can join this workshop at any time. You can attend once, several times or every session to build up a repertoire and sing in November and December at two small, optional and unpretentious concerts.

Au programme :
mise en route du corps et de la voix par mouvements et vocalises, circle song guidés pour développer la capacité à chanter en harmonie à plusieurs voix,
écoute et apprentissage de chansons en lien avec le Léman pour découvrir la beauté musicale toute lémanique. D’abord à l’unisson, puis ajout d’une 2ème et 3ème voix, lorsque cela s’y prête.
technique vocale de base : principes fondamentaux : respiration et soutien, volumes et posture, requis pour la production d’un son de bonne qualité en respectant ses sensations pour une voix saine qui chante avec plaisir et longtemps
enfin interprétation en lien avec le texte, le message, le rythme et la musique de la chanson
Prérequis : aucun si ce n’est l’envie de chanter et la soif d’apprendre. Pas de lecture de partition, apprentissage à l’oreille.
Ouvert à toutes et tous dès 16 ans. Il est possible de rejoindre cet atelier à tout moment. Possibilité de venir une fois, plusieurs fois ou chaque fois à cet atelier pour préparer un répertoire et chanter en novembre et décembre lors de 2 petits concerts facultatifs et sans aucune prétention.
