The entrepreneurial posture is not based solely on technical skills. It also mobilizes self-confidence, the ability to take one’s place, to defend one’s project and to act even when doubt is present.
The Metropolitan Entrepreneurship Space offers a 2.5-hour workshop devoted to confidence and a sense of legitimacy in your entrepreneurial posture.
Objectives
This workshop will allow you to:
- Better understand what builds your sense of legitimacy;
- Distinguish self-esteem, self-confidence, self-assertion and legitimacy;
- Identify your skills, knowledge and resources;
- Identify certain beliefs that may hinder your posture;
- Identify levers suited to your situation;
- Prepare for a challenging professional situation with more confidence.
On the agenda
- Exchanges around the notion of entrepreneurial legitimacy
- Identifying what feeds your own legitimacy
- Understanding the links between confidence, self-esteem and self-assertion
- Work on your experiences, skills and achievements
- Identification of thoughts or beliefs that may be holding you back
- Search for concrete levers suited to your situation
- Experimentation with a method of mental preparation in the face of a challenging professional situation
- Definition of a concrete action to be implemented after the workshop
The workshop alternates accessible contributions, individual reflection, collective exchanges and experiments based on real situations encountered by participants.

The workshop is led by Matthieu Billet, certified ICF Level 2 professional coach and certified PNL practitioner trainer.

Vous avez un projet, des compétences, une offre… mais vous arrive-t-il encore de vous demander : « Suis-je vraiment légitime ? »
La posture entrepreneuriale ne repose pas uniquement sur des compétences techniques. Elle mobilise aussi la confiance en soi, la capacité à prendre sa place, à défendre son projet et à agir même lorsque le doute est présent.
L’Espace Métropolitain de l’Entrepreneuriat vous propose un atelier de 2 h 30 consacré à la confiance et au sentiment de légitimité dans votre posture entrepreneuriale.
Objectifs
Cet atelier vous permettra de :
- Mieux comprendre ce qui construit votre sentiment de légitimité ;
- Distinguer estime de soi, confiance en soi, affirmation de soi et légitimité ;
- Identifier vos compétences, vos acquis et vos ressources ;
- Repérer certaines croyances susceptibles de freiner votre posture ;
- Identifier des leviers adaptés à votre situation ;
- Vous préparer à une situation professionnelle à enjeux avec davantage de confiance.
Au programme
- Échanges autour de la notion de légitimité entrepreneuriale
- Identification de ce qui nourrit votre propre légitimité
- Compréhension des liens entre confiance, estime de soi et affirmation de soi
- Travail sur vos expériences, vos compétences et vos réussites
- Identification des pensées ou croyances susceptibles de vous freiner
- Recherche de leviers concrets adaptés à votre situation
- Expérimentation d’une méthode de préparation mentale face à une situation professionnelle à enjeux
- Définition d’une action concrète à mettre en œuvre après l’atelier
L’atelier alterne apports accessibles, réflexion individuelle, échanges collectifs et expérimentations à partir de situations réelles rencontrées par les participants.

Je hebt een project, vaardigheden, een aanbod… maar vraag je jezelf nog steeds af: "Ben ik echt legitiem?
Ondernemingszin is niet alleen gebaseerd op technische vaardigheden. Het mobiliseert ook zelfvertrouwen, het vermogen om zijn plaats in te nemen, zijn project te verdedigen en te handelen, zelfs als er twijfel is.
De Espace métropolitain de l'Entrepreneuriat biedt een workshop van 2:30 uur gewijd aan vertrouwen en het gevoel van legitimiteit in uw ondernemershouding.
Doelstellingen
In deze workshop kunt u:
- Beter begrijpen wat uw gevoel van legitimiteit versterkt;
- Onderscheid maken tussen eigenwaarde, zelfvertrouwen, assertiviteit en legitimiteit;
- Identificeer uw vaardigheden, prestaties en middelen
- Zoek bepaalde overtuigingen die uw houding kunnen vertragen;
- Bepaal de juiste hefbomen voor uw situatie
- Bereid u met meer vertrouwen voor op een uitdagende werksituatie.

- Uitwisselingen rond het begrip ondernemerslegitimiteit
- Identificatie van wat uw eigen legitimiteit voedt
- Inzicht in de verbanden tussen vertrouwen, eigenwaarde en assertiviteit
- Werk aan uw ervaringen, vaardigheden en successen
- Identificeer gedachten of overtuigingen die u kunnen tegenhouden
- Op zoek naar betonnen hefbomen die zijn aangepast aan uw situatie
- Experimenteren met een methode van mentale voorbereiding geconfronteerd met een professionele situatie met inzet
- Definitie van een concrete actie die na de workshop moet worden uitgevoerd
De workshop wisselt toegankelijke input, individuele reflectie, collectieve uitwisselingen en experimenten op basis van reële situaties waarmee de deelnemers worden geconfronteerd.
