C'Chartres Archéologie lädt Sie zu einer außergewöhnlichen Ausstellung in einem völlig neuen Ausstellungsraum ein. Zum ersten Mal können Sie die Überreste der Hängedecke bewundern, die während der Ausgrabungen des gallo-römischen Heiligtums von Saint-Martin-au-Val entdeckt wurden.
Die Ausstellung erzählt die Geschichte des Heiligtums und der Entdeckung des «Nymphäus»: eine Sammlung von drei Becken, von denen eines fast 2000 Jahre lang die Überreste einer aus geschnitztem Holz gefertigten Hängedecke enthielt. Fast 2000 Holzstücke wurden in einem bemerkenswerten Erhaltungszustand gefunden. Eine noch außergewöhnliche Entdeckung in Europa! Die Archäologen werden Ihnen auch ihre Methoden der archäologischen Untersuchungen, das Know-how der antiken Handwerker und die schönsten Objekte, die während der Ausgrabungen entdeckt wurden, enthüllen. Am Ende der Ausstellung wird ein Raum zur Wiedergabe, der in Trompe l'oeil realisiert wurde, Sie in die Atmosphäre des Gebäudes mit Becken vor fast 18 Jahrhunderten eintauchen lassen.

«Sacred woods, a story of the origins of Chartres»
C'Chartres Archéologie invites you to an extraordinary exhibition in a brand new exhibition space. For the first time, you will be able to admire the remains of the suspended ceiling discovered during the excavations of the Gallo-Roman sanctuary of Saint-Martin-au-Val.
The exhibition traces the history of the sanctuary and that of the discovery of its "nymphaeum": a set of three basins, one of which has contained, for nearly 2000 years, the remains of a suspended ceiling in carved wood. Nearly 2000 pieces of wood have been found in a remarkable state of conservation. A discovery still exceptional in Europe! The archaeologists will also reveal their archaeological investigation methods, the know-how of the artisans of antiquity and the most beautiful objects discovered during the excavations. At the end of the exhibition, a restitution space created in trompe-l'œil will immerse you in the atmosphere of the building with basins, almost 18 centuries ago.

«Legno sacro, una storia delle origini di Chartres»
C'Chartres Archéologie vi invita a una mostra fuori dal comune in un nuovo spazio espositivo. Per la prima volta, potrete ammirare i resti del soffitto sospeso scoperto durante gli scavi del santuario gallo-romano di Saint-Martin-au-Val.
La mostra ripercorre la storia del santuario e quella della scoperta della sua «ninfeo»: un insieme di tre vasche, una delle quali ha contenuto, per quasi 2000 anni, i resti di un soffitto sospeso in legno scolpito. Quasi 2000 pezzi di legno sono stati ritrovati in uno stato di conservazione notevole. Una scoperta ancora eccezionale in Europa! Gli archeologi vi sveleranno anche i loro metodi di indagine archeologica, le competenze degli artigiani dell'antichità e gli oggetti più belli scoperti durante gli scavi. Alla fine dell'esposizione, uno spazio di restituzione realizzato in trompe l'œil vi immergerà nell'atmosfera dell'edificio a vasche, quasi 18 secoli fa.

C’Chartres Archéologie vous invite à une exposition hors du commun dans un tout nouvel espace d'exposition. Pour la première fois, vous pourrez admirez les vestiges du plafond suspendu découvert durant les fouilles du sanctuaire gallo-romain de Saint-Martin-au-Val.
L'exposition retrace l’histoire du sanctuaire et celle de la découverte de son « nymphée » : un ensemble de trois bassins dont l’un a contenu, pendant près de 2000 ans, les vestiges d’un plafond suspendu en bois sculpté. Près de 2000 pièces de bois ont été retrouvées dans un état de conservation remarquable. Une découverte encore exceptionnelle en Europe ! Les archéologues vous dévoileront également leurs méthodes d’enquêtes archéologiques, les savoir-faire des artisans de l’Antiquité et les plus beaux objets découverts durant les fouilles. En fin d’exposition, un espace de restitution réalisé en trompe l'œil vous plongera dans l’atmosphère de l’édifice à bassins, il y a près de 18 siècles.

C'Chartres Archéologie le invita a una exposición fuera de lo común en un nuevo espacio de exposición. Por primera vez, podrá admirar los restos del techo suspendido descubierto durante las excavaciones del santuario galo-romano de Saint-Martin-au-Val.
La exposición repasa la historia del santuario y el descubrimiento de su «ninfa»: un conjunto de tres estanques, uno de los cuales ha contenido, durante casi 2000 años, los restos de un techo suspendido de madera tallada. Se han encontrado cerca de 2000 piezas de madera en un estado de conservación notable. ¡Un descubrimiento aún excepcional en Europa! Los arqueólogos también le revelarán sus métodos de investigación arqueológica, las habilidades de los artesanos de la antigüedad y los objetos más bellos descubiertos durante las excavaciones. Al final de la exposición, un espacio de restitución realizado en trompe l'oeil le sumergirá en la atmósfera del edificio con estanques, hace casi 18 siglos.
