Scott Fitzgerald und John Dos Passos haben dieses goldene Zeitalter verewigt, das von Giganten wie Pablo Picasso, Rudolph Valentino oder Ernest Hemingway bewohnt wurde.
In diesem Jahr wird ein Hotel eröffnet. Erbaut vom modernistischen Architekten Georges Dikansky, über dem Gould-Pinienwald und den Stränden. Er erinnert an ein Dampfschiff, das in den Zeiten der Sorglosigkeit festgemacht ist.
Das Hotel wurde im Jahr 2022 vom Architekten und Dekorateur Laurent Maugoust wunderschön renoviert, der dem Art Déco einen zeitgenössischen Touch verliehen hat.
