The church dates back to the 13th century. The fief depends on the bishops of Avranches because of their barony of Saint-Philbert. The building was partly rebuilt after the Hundred Years' War. Rectangular in plan, it consists of a bell tower (1886) leaning against the nave in alternating masonry of flint and limestone forming decoration. This wall presents numerous graffiti, several compositions with characters and animals, as well as a rebus on the theme of the injustice of the world, all realized in the 16th century in pieces of black flint. The nave is extended by the choir lit by bays in third point with replacements, and flat bedside. Nave and choir are illuminated by a series of stained-glass windows dated 1895-1910, made by Duhamel-Marette and Muraire.
