On May 23, 2026, the INHA participates for the first time in the European Night of Museums. On the occasion of the 22nd edition of the event, the library designed by architect Henri Labrouste exceptionally opens its doors for a night visit, with free access or accompanied by students in archaeology, art history and heritage. The itinerary proposes to pay particular attention to the artistic details of the reading room: painted decorations, medallions enhanced with gold leaf, monumental caryatids, artist busts, and volume of the contemporary work Substrat by Dove Allouche.
