The gardens occupy a valley that descends gently toward the Jaudy River. In 1965, Peter Wolkonsky bought the old mansion, making a 17th century architectural composition from recovered materials. The house is preceded by a terraced courtyard overlooking an old orchard. The surroundings of the house present spaces of Mediterranean and Italianate inspiration.

Access

Sometimes narrow paths and different ground levels can make access difficult for the elderly and impossible for people with reduced mobility. The presence of many ponds and ponds requires increased supervision of children. Dogs are allowed on a leash. Parking and toilets on site.
