Located at the entrance of Marly Park, the museum offers to discover the history of the castle and the Domaine de Marly. Paintings, statues, drawings, engravings, furniture and archeological objects are brought together to revive the place. The first section presents the architecture of Marly and its gardens. The water supply system of the estate allowed by the famous Marly machine is materialized by an interactive model. The second section reveals life in this royal residence by presenting the guests, activities and entertainment offered. The last section tells the story of the castle after the death of Louis XIV, from the reign of Louis XV to the valorization of the site in the 20th century. Find the works, furniture and objects that decorated this castle from the time of kings.

Presence of car parks The museum is accessible to people with reduced mobility. It is equipped with an access ramp, an elevator and an elevator. A wheelchair and folding seats are available to the public on request. The museum team offers a tailor-made welcome from the car park to our collections. How to come?
