Im Jahr 1604 übergab Heinrich IV. das Kolleg von Quercy an die Gesellschaft Jesu, die Säule der Gegenreformation nach dem Konzil von Trient. Die bemerkenswertesten Teile der Einrichtung stammen aus dieser Zeit.
⛪ Die Kapelle, ein heiliger und prediger Ort, spiegelt durch ihre Architektur und ihre bemalten Dekorationen die Ästhetik und die spirituellen Ambitionen der Jesuiten wider.

In 1604, Henri IV entrusted the College of Quercy to the Society of Jesus, a pillar of the Counter-Reformation resulting from the Council of Trent. The most remarkable parts of the establishment date from this period.
⛪ The chapel, a sacred and preaching place, reflects with its architecture and painted decorations the aesthetics and spiritual ambitions of the Jesuits.
🎭 In the declamation room, a space dedicated to teaching, their pedagogy based on eloquence, theater, and discipline is embodied.
