foundered in July 1993, the Glass Museum of the Bresle Valley is a place of memory and transmission of glass history, but also a place where the contemporary flourishes, where the future is built, where one opens the way of all the possibilities in terms of art and craftsmanship glass.
With a surface area of 400 m², the permanent exhibition presents the different techniques of working with pot earth, the compositions of glass, the different techniques of manual, mechanical and semi-automatic manufacturing, annealing and packaging.
The museum also has an important collection of luxury perfume bottles from the various glass factories of the Bresle Valley.
In order to enhance the technique of blown glass with cane, two glass blowers are present all year on the site. During the daily demonstrations, visitors discover the glassmakers' gestures. Items made on site are on sale at the shop.
