Diese gründliche Besichtigung, die um 14:30 Uhr beginnt und etwa 1,5 Stunden dauert, führt Sie in das Herz der Brennerei und des Weinkellers, mit einem besonderen Blick auf unseren agroökologischen Ansatz. Sie wird von Thierry vom Bauernhof Gabert begleitet, dem ersten Landwirt, der sein Land an das Gut verliehen und von Anfang an zur Verankerung unseres Projekts in der Region beigetragen hat.

Push open the doors of the Domaine des Hautes Glaces and come discover what constitutes our heritage: a territory, landscapes, cereals, know-how and an agroecological vision of whisky.
This in-depth visit, which will start at 2:30 PM and last about 1.5 hours, will take you to the heart of the distillery and the cellar, with a particular look at our agroecological approach. She will be accompanied by Thierry, from the Gabert farm, the first farmer to have lent his land to the Domaine and to have contributed, from the beginning, to the anchoring of our project in the territory.

Questa visita approfondita, che inizierà alle 14:30 e durerà circa 1 ora e mezza, vi porterà nel cuore della distilleria e della cantina, con un'attenzione particolare al nostro approccio agroecologico. Sarà accompagnata da Thierry, della fattoria Gabert, il primo agricoltore ad aver prestato la sua terra al Domaine e ad aver contribuito, fin dall'inizio, all'ancoraggio del nostro progetto nel territorio.

Esta visita en profundidad, que comenzará a las 14:30 y durará aproximadamente 1,5 horas, le llevará al corazón de la destilería y la bodega, con una mirada especial sobre nuestro enfoque agroecológico. Estará acompañada por Thierry, de la granja Gabert, el primer agricultor que ha prestado sus tierras a la finca y ha contribuido, desde el principio, al anclaje de nuestro proyecto en el territorio.
