This house, built at the time of Napoleon III, has from the beginning a commercial vocation, housing a furniture store. Subsequently, the house hosts a family pension, recently transformed into a workshop of artist sculptor. Its architectural style is similar to the "soulacaise" buildings, of which it is one of the first built in 1863, mixing stones, briquettes and joinery lace, with a design of neo-Gothic windows.
