Diese hydraulische Mühle hat ein horizontales Rad, das dank des Wasserschubs die Betätigung der Räder ermöglicht, und einen Mahlmechanismus zur Umwandlung von Getreide in Mehl und von Schalenfrüchten in Öl.
Das 1838 erbaute und 1979 sowie 2013 restaurierte Gebäude zeugt noch heute von der Arbeit und dem Know-how der ehemaligen Müller des Valgaudemar.

This hydraulic mill has a horizontal wheel that, thanks to the push of water, allows the wheels to be actuated and a mechanism of grinding wheels for the transformation of cereals into flour and nuts into oil.
Built in 1838 and restored in 1979 and 2013, discover the last building that can still testify to the work and know-how of the former millers of Valgaudemar.

Questo mulino idraulico ha una ruota orizzontale che, grazie alla spinta dell'acqua, permette l'azionamento delle ruote e un meccanismo di macine per la trasformazione dei cereali in farina e della frutta a guscio in olio.
Costruito nel 1838 e poi restaurato nel 1979 e nel 2013, l'ultimo edificio che ancora oggi testimonia il lavoro e il know-how degli ex mulini di Valgaudemar.

Ce moulin hydraulique possède une roue horizontale qui, grâce à la poussée de l'eau permet l'actionnement des roues et un mécanisme de meules pour la transformation des céréales en farine et des fruits à coque en huile.
Construit en 1838 puis restauré en 1979 et en 2013, découvrez le dernier édifice pouvant encore témoigner du travail et du savoir faire des anciens meuniers du Valgaudemar.
